Randolph Engineering
Polish immigrants, Jan Waszkiewicz and Stanley Zaleski founded Randolph Engineering in 1972. The pair met 10 years prior while working in South Boston and with a vision of pursuing the American dream, they traveled to Randolph, MA to start their own company. Randolph Engineering became one of the leading optical tool and dye companies in the US and by the late 1970s, Randolph got a contract to produce military-spec sunglasses for the US Air Force, they still have this contract today. Randolph is a brand determined to produce well made products with strong ties to the American heritage. The company still works closely with the American workforce by creating jobs for Americans by making their quality aviator sunglasses, mostly by hand, in the US. They are the only remaining metal eyewear manufacturer in the USA. You can buy Randolph pilot sunglasses, aviator glasses and more online at Sportique.
