Oakley
In 1975 James Jannard started the Oakley company out of his garage. Based in Foothill Ranch, California, Oakley crafts high end sporting gear and everyday products. Although eyewear is their main focus, over the years the brand has expanded to footwear, apparel and accessories. James named his company after his English Setter, Oakley Anne. In the 1980s, When James was first launching his company he sold his unique products at motocross events. The material he was using gained interest and developed Oakley into the company it is known today. In 1995 the company went public. Oakley designs and produces Oakley sports eyewear, high intensity sports equipment and lifestyle pieces. The innovative brand refers to technology and science when creating their products from quality materials for a luxury design.
