Il Leone is a four-colour silkscreen print and is part of the Nature Series (Serie della Natura) The print is part of a study to transform an image into a symbol through the systematic reduction and elimination of superfluous detail in order to reveal the true meaning of “nature” of a subject matter.
Four-colour Sette, il Leone silk-screen printed on 200g m2 dropjet paper belonging to the “nature series”. This work of art wants to represent all the innocence and symbolism that distinguishes the fox, enhancing its purity and simplicity. Printed on dropjet paper closed on the horizontal sides by two plastic profiles that allow it to be hung, Sette, il Leone finds its place in the children’s room, in a kitchen, in an office.
