Our stock pot has a large surface area and high-extended straight sidewalls, meaning it holds liquid in a way that a skillet, with its slanted slides, can’t. This makes it perfect for certain cooking tasks that require cooking ingredients in a liquid, such as shallow frying and braising, but this pan is also capable of much more. Plus, all of our pans are oven safe.
